Sacred Tech: A Comprehensive Guide to 119 of the Best Bible Apps

Digital resources are an ever growing platform for spiritual growth and Bible reading and study. There are so many that it is easy to get overwhelmed and search Google for lists and help, but we are not sure we can trust what was recommended.
Well, I’ve spent over a week downloading, researching, and exploring some of the best Bible apps and have compiled this list of 119 different Bible apps for people of all stages and all ages of their spiritual journey.
Now, I do have to give a disclaimer, just because I’ve listed an app does not mean that I fully endorse everything the app or its creators stand for.
For example, there are some apps on here that are Catholic. I’m not Catholic, however, I still recommend them, because they can be helpful to my Catholic brothers and sisters in Christ.
119 Apps are still a lot to navigate through. So, I’ve tried to make things as easy as possible, and create drop down lists below. You can click on the list you want to explore further and links will pop up for an overview of that section, as well as, each app in that section.
One more thing to note, many apps could fit into many of these different categories. However, I wanted to present you with a unique list that does not repeat apps. So, if there is an app that you think belongs in a specific category, but it’s not there. It might be because it is already in another category.
Now, for the apps…

Best Bible Apps for Note-taking
Note-taking can play a vital part in Christian life. Not only can you take notes of sermons you listen to during church. But note-taking can also help you keep track of your spiritual growth and relationship with God. So, here are some of the best Bible apps for note-taking.
Honestly, I did try to find only apps specifically for taking Bible notes. Because generally, these would be best suited for taking notes on the Bible.
