Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://biblewonderlife.com website (the “Service”) operated by Bible Wonderlife (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Service” refers to the Bible Wonderlife website, curriculum, SaaS dashboard, and all associated products and services.
- “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Church” refers to any religious organization or ministry using the Service.
- “Content” refers to all materials, including curriculum, lesson plans, slides, activity sheets, and digital resources provided through the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bible Wonderlife and its licensors. The curriculum, lesson plans, slides, activity sheets, family devotionals, and all associated materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission
- Share login credentials with individuals outside your church or organization
- Resell or redistribute any curriculum materials
- Use the content for any commercial purpose outside your church’s internal use
License Grant: Bible Wonderlife grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the curriculum materials for your church’s internal ministry purposes, subject to these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service (including the SaaS dashboard and curriculum materials), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Trial
Bible Wonderlife offers a free trial of the curriculum (“Free Trial”) for churches and ministries.
Free Trial Terms:
- The Free Trial includes access to nine (9) complete lessons and associated materials
- The Free Trial is available to first-time users only
- No credit card is required to start the Free Trial
- We reserve the right to terminate Free Trial access at any time without notice
- At the end of the Free Trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription
Curriculum Subscription & Payments
Bible Wonderlife offers curriculum subscriptions for churches of all sizes.
Subscription Plans:

Payment Terms:
- All prices are in USD and are subject to change with notice
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Scholarship Program: If your church cannot afford our pricing, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution.
SaaS Dashboard
The Bible Wonderlife SaaS dashboard (“Dashboard”) provides churches with access to curriculum materials, scheduling tools, and church management features.
SaaS Terms:
- The Dashboard is provided as part of your curriculum subscription
- Access is limited to authorized users from your church
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
Shopify Store & Physical Products
Bible Wonderlife offers physical products (such as the Bible Wonderlife Journal) through our Shopify store. Products are fulfilled through Lulu Direct, our print-on-demand partner.
Store Terms:
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change
- Payment is processed through Shopify Payments
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and fulfilled by Lulu Direct
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders
- Products may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment:
- Products are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct on our behalf
- Delivery times vary based on production and shipping location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Lulu Direct or shipping carriers
- For order issues, please contact us and we will work with Lulu Direct to resolve them
Payments & Refunds
Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of the curriculum materials, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital products except where required by law.
Physical Products: Physical products (such as journals) purchased through our Shopify store may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Payment Processing
All financial transactions are processed by third-party PCI-compliant payment processors:
- Lemon Squeezy — Used for processing payments for digital products, including curriculum purchases and SaaS subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy is a Merchant of Record, meaning they handle payment processing, tax collection, and customer support for digital products. For more information, see Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy.
- Shopify Payments — Used for processing payments for physical products through our Shopify store. For more information, see Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
- Lulu Direct — Used as our print-on-demand fulfillment partner for physical products. When you purchase a physical product, Shopify processes your payment and sends your order to Lulu Direct for printing and shipping. Lulu Direct receives your name, shipping address, and order details to fulfill your purchase. For more information, see Lulu’s Privacy Policy.
- Lovable/Supabase — Used to power our church SaaS dashboard. This service stores church account information and configuration data. For more information, see Supabase’s Privacy Policy.
When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to these processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Each processor is PCI-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data.
Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bible Wonderlife.
Bible Wonderlife has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Bible Wonderlife shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Course of performance
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Wonderlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or downtime
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible Wonderlife, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Knoxville, TN.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at privacy@biblewonderlife.com. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through a neutral arbitration provider mutually agreed upon by both parties, or otherwise as required by applicable law.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Government actions
- Internet or power outages
- Strikes or labor disputes
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
